1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof such as photos of the product may be required.

3. Refund Process

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Items purchased during special promotional offers.
